For my DDSN 362 course, our task was to create a web site that included branding, campaigns, social media, email newsletters and e-commerce. I chose to re-design an existing site for my project. I chose to re-design a small business called Got a Gig Music.

Unexpected Challenges
Although it was a fun project, some challenged I faced was doubting my ideas. Since it was a project and I did not have access to the actual business owner, I was not sure if my design and theme are going in the same direction that the business owner would have want. Another challenge was that this course was online so I came across some difficulties catching up with the materials presented by the professor. Especially when it came to creating social media platforms for this site since it is not an actual site.
Best Part
The best part of this project was to see everything come to light. There were times when I felt like nothing I did would be good enough. But after pushing myself to keep going, it is amazing what you can create.
